Farmhouse Accommodation: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a wood burner. Small second lounge with a bed settee which can be used as a fourth bedroom or study. Through into the rear hall to the ground floor shower room, separate toilet, utility room with a washing machine & dryer. The farmhouse has been re decorated throughout and comfortably furnished to a high standard with English Satellite TV, DVD Player& music centre, etc. The farmhouse is set in large private grounds; to the front is a large south facing courtyard with plenty of room for parking. There is a flower bedecked enclosed area to the front which has a large patio dining set and a gas barbecue, to the left is a raised lawn area with seating under the large pine tree (Pinàbre) which gives shade on those hot summer days. Through in to the children’s play area where there are swings, slide & trampoline. We also have a large inflatable children's pool. Walk through the Fir trees into the large mowed field which is ideal for football, cricket or an evening stroll. We have two barns attached to the farm so there is plenty of room to store your bikes etc. Accessibility: There are no steps to the farmhouse which makes for easy access, the toilet and shower-room are on the ground floor.
