This self-catering gite is a large apartment just a short walk away from the village of Mauzens et Miremont. 

The entrance to the apartment is accessed via external steps where there is a covered terrace with large table and chairs that overlook the enclosed front garden.

The gite has a large spacious open-plan lounge/diner which is tastefully decorated and retains the original charms of exposed stonework to one wall and beamed ceilings. This is a large comfortable room with a 3 piece leather suite, and has an extendable dining table with ample seating for at least 6 people. There is also an additional sofa which can convert into a single bed. A TV receives Satellite Television, plus a DVD player and a video recorder, along with a selection of English videos, DVDs and books.  The fully equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table and chairs.

There are two large double bedrooms and a large twin room, all of which have oscillating fans.  If required, there is a cot and also an extra single bed. A high chair is also available.

The garden is at the rear of the property. It has outdoor lighting, a large garden table with chairs, barbecue and a pretty lawned area planted with mature shrubs and trees that backs onto the small river Manaurie that passes the house. It is ideal for guests to relax, have a barbecue and a glass of wine. The more energetic can enjoy the splash pool and games room.

Owners Jill and Paul live discreetly on-site and are on hand to welcome you. As they have a family member who has autism they understand that you may have special requests and are keen to help make your holiday as stress-free and happy as possible.

They are happy to meet you at Bergerac airport to help with hire car collection and to escort you to La Fargeotte if requested. 

As the property is situated close to a road it may not be suitable for very young children.

Prices include all bed linen, towels and tea-towels.

We also include a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bottle of water, bottle of local wine, and fresh orange juice.
